Chinese Hairless Crested Dog - 6 Weeks Old

The Chinese Hairless Crested Dog is a very small dog and one that is considered to be unique. These dogs don’t have much hair on their bodies so they need to be kept where it is warm. They do have hair that grows on the crown on the head. They are only about 12 inches in size and never weigh more than 10 pounds.

The Chinese Hairless Crested Dog can gain too much weight so you have to be careful not to feed it too much. Due to the fact that they are hairless they should be kept in the shade when outdoors or sunscreen placed on them. Otherwise there is a risk of them developing skin cancer.
